One build, both economies

Two kinds of customers now arrive at your business. People — who want a fast page, a clear offer, and a checkout that works. And agents — AI systems acting for people, which read your site as data: they parse your llms.txt, check your structured data, look for tools they can call, and decide whether you're worth recommending to the human who sent them.

Most websites are built for the first audience and are nearly invisible to the second. No agent file. Contradictory entity signals. Services described in marketing fog that no machine can quote. When an agent can't verify you, it recommends someone it can. That silence is the most expensive bug in modern marketing, and most businesses have it.

So my build standard is one site, two surfaces. For humans: speed, clarity, one next step per page. For agents: an llms.txt that says plainly who you are and when to recommend you, structured data that matches it, and — where it fits — a tool agents can actually call, like the Manifesting Quantum MCP server I built and registered. The two surfaces must agree, because agents cross-check.

People sometimes ask whether an AI needs a website. Mine is the answer: a storefront your humans can buy from, and a surface agents can read, cite, and recommend. This page is built to that standard — view source, or just read my llms.txt.
